About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the organization’s strategic leader for workforce stability, startup readiness, and employee retention.
  • Partner with Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources to ensure facilities have the right people in the right roles at the right time while creating exceptional employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify workforce risks, develop retention strategies, lead startup staffing initiatives, and manage employee transitions.
  • Analyze turnover trends, exit feedback, and workforce data to identify root causes and emerging risks.
  • Serve as the HR lead for new facility openings, new contracts, and other startup initiatives.
  • Create contingency staffing plans to ensure appropriate coverage when hiring targets are not met before go-live.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Experience with UKG Ready and iCIMS platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.
