About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Lead end-to-end D&C contract administration, including procurement, negotiation, and management of Head Contracts and Principal Contractors
  • - Manage tendering processes, contractor performance, and stakeholder coordination to support successful project delivery
  • - Oversee variations, claims, and contractual risks, ensuring ESR’s commercial position is protected throughout delivery
  • - Drive cost control, financial reporting, and project performance tracking, including cash flow, progress claims, and PCG reporting
  • - Monitor program, design changes, compliance, and project lifecycle activities, including safety, quality, and handover

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • **Qualifications and Experience:**
  • - Degree in Construction, Engineering, Property, or a related field ~
  • - 10+ years’ experience across contracts administration and project delivery within construction or property development
  • - Proven experience delivering large-scale projects ($20M–$50M), ideally within industrial/logistics sectors
  • - Strong expertise in D&C contracts, procurement, tendering, and management of claims and variations
  • - Solid commercial acumen with cost control, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, plus the ability to manage multiple projects
