• Manage a full-time flexible schedule, inclusive of evenings and some weekends, to meet community needs.
• Engage in monthly clinical supervision for case reviews and continuous improvement.
• Document client encounters meticulously, ensuring data integrity within medical records.
• Conduct billing activities with precision, adhering to agency protocols.
• Participate actively in all required meetings, contributing to knowledge-sharing and organizational growth.
• Advise patients on health and illness prevention, including voluntary family planning services.
• Stay at the forefront of therapeutic advancements through ongoing education and research engagement.
