About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the HR focal point for internal clients, providing comprehensive support to teams on all HR-related matters.
- Establish and maintain an effective interface with executive levels, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication across functions.
- Develop and monitor HR performance indicators, delivering detailed analyses and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct exit interviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the organizational environment.
- Monitor organizational climate, conduct performance evaluations and participate in calibration processes to ensure fairness and effectiveness in assessments.
- Provide specialized consulting to leadership on people management, talent development, and team engagement.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business needs and organizational culture.
- Collaborate in defining and executing talent attraction and retention strategies, contributing to employer branding.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
- Proven experience in a Business Partner role;
- Knowledge of HR subsystems;
- Generalist profile;
- Advanced English desirable;
- Postgraduate qualification preferred (MBA or other postgraduate degree).
