About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Will work in the Capital Solutions and Special Situations area

Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree completed between Dec/2022 and Jun/2024
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) – São Paulo
- Intermediate to advanced English is a plus
- Broad knowledge of Corporate/Business Law, with background in Capital Markets or Corporate Law
- Previous experience at full-service law firms or financial institutions is a plus
