About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and send the firm’s circularization/confirmation letters.
Maintain controls and manage documents and deadlines.
Prepare and track document signatures via DocuSign.
Independently conduct meetings with internal clients.
Register and update Lefosse’s information on client platforms.
Participate in public and private tenders, RFPs, and analyze tender notices on behalf of Lefosse.
Conduct end-to-end due diligence processes, ensuring coordination with other firm departments until full completion of matters.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (completed).
Intermediate English preferred.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Client-focused.
Organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests.
Previous experience and in-depth knowledge of bidding/tendering processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and experience in contracts and corporate law.
Intermediate knowledge of relevant legislation, tender notices, RFPs, and public or private procurement processes.
