About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist internal and external clients;
Review tender notices and manage competitive bidding processes involving the firm, including document organization, coordination with other firm departments, deadline management, and monitoring certificate expirations;
Draft and review supplier contracts and other legal documents;
Support practice teams on matters related to clients' independent audits, ensuring reports are submitted to external auditors within the deadlines established in confirmation letters;
Monitor and manage expirations and prepare administrative powers of attorney.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Law (completed);
Intermediate English;
Advanced MS Office skills;
Client-focused;
Organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously;
Previous experience analyzing contracts and other legal instruments, and knowledge of public procurement/bidding procedures;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
