About the role
- Payment requests and contract management for the events they are responsible for;
- Maintaining the suppliers spreadsheet;
- Updating the monthly events dashboard;
- Updating the materials for possible event formats;
- Updating event materials on the intranet;
- Responsible for materials for internal and external events (shipping logistics, setup and teardown for each event);
- Management of corporate giveaways: inventory, restocking and updating the giveaways menu;
- Overseeing quotes, purchasing, receiving and distribution of corporate and event giveaways;
- Support for internal webinars (static screens, intro music, post-event report, recording);
- Support in planning institutional and internal events: Dialogues with the Managing Partner, Lefosse Connection, BS-sponsored Tribute, Internship Program, Diversity Week, Student Fairs;
- Execution and operation of these events in partnership with internal clients;
- General support for client events;
- Creation of event timings and motion studies;
Requirements
- Previous experience organizing events of small to large scale is desirable;
- Experience in Backoffice, internal controls, and administrative processes is desirable;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, deliver excellent results, be dynamic and organized;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Intermediate English is desirable;
- Experience in a law firm will be considered a differential.
