Management of low-risk third parties for the office: supplier reputational checks, issuing assessments/opinions, and completion of related documentation;
Review and update of the office's internal policies; providing clarification on policy-related questions;
Management of the office's Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) forms;
Monitoring signatures of the Adherence to the Office's Securities Trading Policy;
Risk analysis when onboarding new clients and new matters (conflict checks);
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets;
Interaction with the office's professional liability insurance broker;
Monitoring participation in mandatory department trainings;
Processing department payment requests.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Law, Business Administration, or Accounting. Preference for candidates with a Law degree;
Intermediate English;
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Organized professional, able to manage deadlines, a high workload, and email correspondence;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Discretion and ethical conduct.
