About the role

  • Host and Customer Manager: You ensure an outstanding customer experience and delight our customers in your department.
  • Team Leadership: You lead, motivate and schedule our sales team and create an environment where everyone can perform at their best.

Requirements

  • Passion for fashion and quality: You have a keen sense for style, trends and premium brands.
  • Strong communication skills: You present yourself reliably, authentically and service-oriented—towards customers and within the team.
  • Your expertise: A completed apprenticeship/advanced training/degree and at least some initial leadership experience in (fashion) retail are an advantage.
