About the role

  • Host and Customer Manager: You ensure an outstanding customer experience and inspire our customers in the menswear department.
  • Team leadership: You lead, motivate and schedule our sales team and create an environment where everyone can perform at their best.
  • Customer relationships: You build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers—before, during and after their visit.
  • Sparring partner for the buying team: You support the planning and implementation of measures and in-season management.
  • Visual merchandising & promotions: You implement central guidelines and make the department a true highlight.
  • Process responsibility: You coordinate all department processes and ensure KPIs are achieved.

Requirements

  • Strong service orientation: You see yourself as a host and create a special, appreciative shopping atmosphere for our customers.
  • Enjoyment of leadership and responsibility: You lead your team confidently, with motivation and empathy.
  • Passion for fashion and quality: You have a good eye for style, trends and premium brands.
  • Strong communication skills: You come across as dependable, authentic and service-oriented—both with customers and within the team.
  • Your background: A completed vocational qualification/further training/degree and at least initial leadership experience in (fashion) retail are an advantage.
