About the role
- Management, conceptual development and quality assurance of renowned specialist publications with a focus on tax and economic law, both online and in print
- Monitoring current trends in legislation, case law and professional literature and assessing their relevance for the target audience and the publisher's products
- Responsibility for the subject-matter and organizational coordination of editors and authors – including the acquisition of new contributors
- Independently creating or updating online content
- Further developing manuscripts both substantively and conceptually and adapting content to suit target audiences across different formats
Requirements
- Completed degree in law or business administration (ideally with a focus on tax law), or vocational training with a tax-law background
- Ideally, professional experience in tax advisory, tax administration, publishing, or a specialist editorial office
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify and prepare tax-law information from a variety of sources
- Ability to recognize the needs of our target audience and to conceptually and substantively optimize publishing products
- Confident user of MS Office and online editorial/content-management systems
- Excellent writing and phrasing skills, a careful approach to work, and a strong team spirit
