About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage implementation tasks for client CourseLeaf projects
- Serve as liaison between internal departments and clients
- Create and maintain project schedules and tasks
- Drive projects to timely completion within development budgets
- Allocate incoming requests, prioritize actions, and monitor team resources
- Partner with Engineering and Consultants to shepherd project defects to resolution
- Collaborate with clients to create User Acceptance Testing plans and guide go-live preparation
- Apply patches tracking configuration and code changes to test and production environments
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Leepfrog software configuration, customization, and implementation
- Facilitate internal story planning meetings
- Own project administration, including meetings, documentation, notes, and status summaries
- Lead client meetings, manage concerns, mitigate project risk, and communicate with stakeholders
- Identify, develop, and communicate implementation best practices
- Partner with internal teams on initiatives to improve the implementation process
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate across diverse internal and external audiences
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Strong client orientation and customer service ability
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to forecast, prioritize, and plan over a 3–12-month span
- Strong organization and milestone tracking with competing priorities
- Meeting facilitation skills, including objectives, discussion, participation, time management, and documentation
- Ability to guide clients through testing complex customizations and integrations
- Experience leading cross-functional troubleshooting of client-reported issues
- Ability to run patches and scripts created by technical resources
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project management experience required
- PMP certification desired
- Experience with ed-tech and curriculum development is a plus
