About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a techno-functional subject matter expert to map the client’s document journeys to a digital workflow, ensuring a seamless setup of Leegality’s Document Infrastructure.
Own the technical onboarding process for clients, managing timelines and drive go-live with the shortest possible Time-to-Value (TTV).
Engage with clients to identify usage gaps and recommend best practices or advanced features to increase product adoption and stickiness.
Use data and proactively identify risks and provide recommendations to ensure long-term success.
Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and influence the roadmap based on implementation hurdles.
Train client stakeholders to use the platform independently while maintaining the relationship to support future renewals and account growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate/Post-graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on empathy and proactive problem-solving.
Understanding of SaaS would be preferred.
Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.
Basic understanding of APIs would be preferred.
Good in MS Excel, Word and Power-point.
Key behavioural traits: Agility, Analytical, Pleasantly Persistent.
Fluency in English is a must.
Fluency in Hindi is preferable.
