• Act as a techno-functional subject matter expert to map the client’s document journeys to a digital workflow, ensuring a seamless setup of Leegality’s Document Infrastructure.
• Own the technical onboarding process for clients, managing timelines and drive go-live with the shortest possible Time-to-Value (TTV).
• Engage with clients to identify usage gaps and recommend best practices or advanced features to increase product adoption and stickiness.
• Use data and proactively identify risks and provide recommendations to ensure long-term success.
• Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and influence the roadmap based on implementation hurdles.
• Train client stakeholders to use the platform independently while maintaining the relationship to support future renewals and account growth.
