About the role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for IT positions (developers, QA, DevOps, data, infrastructure, and others)
  • Manage a high volume of simultaneous openings, ensuring SLAs and deadlines are met
  • Screen résumés and conduct competency-based interviews
  • Perform active candidate sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn and other channels
  • Align technical and behavioral candidate profiles with internal technical hiring managers
  • Craft and promote job postings in an attractive way
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • Create job posting templates for distribution on social media
  • Prepare clear, objective, and strategic technical assessments

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in IT
  • Experience handling a high volume of openings (experience in consultancies or outsourcing firms is a plus)
  • Familiarity with technical profiles (languages, stacks, seniority levels)
  • Experience with active sourcing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously
