About the role
- Prepare and submit dockets for civil and labor cases
- Execute activities related to judgment enforcement and injunctions
- Provide support to the client’s internal teams, ensuring speed and accuracy of information
- Monitor and respond to internal emails and routine communications
- Keep case records and tracking spreadsheets up to date in legal systems
- Assist partner law firms with ongoing legal matters
- Work in an organized, proactive, and collaborative manner, contributing to the team’s operational efficiency
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Law (Bachelor of Laws); candidates without active Bar registration (OAB) are accepted (Mandatory)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
- Good written communication and ability to work in a team
- Proactivity and commitment to deadlines and quality of deliverables
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Experience with legal case management systems
- Ease in learning and using new digital tools
- Continuing education courses in law or legal process management (Desirable)
- Knowledge of deadline management and handling court notifications (Desirable)
