Sales

• Lead the Sales Service team in Garching, providing professional leadership and promoting development toward project sales.
• Analyze existing Sales Service workflows and identify targeted optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement standards and efficient structures to sustainably improve processes.
• Work closely with the LEDVANCE Business Service team in Slovakia and support the further development of Customer Service and Front Desk functions.
• Maintain regular exchanges for knowledge transfer, deepening expertise, and optimizing the handling of customer inquiries.
• Conduct recruiting, employee and development discussions with tact and clarity.
• Support the team in day-to-day operations, customer inquiries, tenders, and in the implementation of lighting design and technical lighting consultancy.
• Provide overarching management and coordination of projects, ensuring clear structures and smooth processes.
• Drive digitalization at LEDVANCE with regard to tools used in the Sales Service area, future IT solutions, or AI applications.
