About the role
- You will support the entire recruiting process and keep an attentive eye on process improvements
- You will take on active sourcing and search LinkedIn for new talented professionals for LEDVANCE
- You will review our job postings and, with plenty of creativity, craft attractive job texts
- As part of a generalist HR team, you will gain insight into all HR topics and we look forward to your active support with a range of tasks
Requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d)
- You are outgoing, enjoy contacting other people and convince others with charm, while also being able to communicate negative messages appropriately
- You like to roll up your sleeves and implement topics pragmatically rather than spending a long time perfecting the ideal solution
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are characterized by an independent and team-oriented way of working
