About the role
- Gather and analyze end-user requirements to draft detailed functional specifications.
- Participate in the design and deployment of internal tools to automate existing processes.
- Identify use cases for Generative AI within business workflows and assist in their implementation.
- Monitor development progress, organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, support users through change management, and maintain project documentation.
- Create monitoring dashboards to measure the performance of implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Student at an Engineering School or pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- A previous internship or work-study placement as a Business Analyst or Project Management Assistant (AMOA) is **required**.
- Strong interest in **Low-Code / No-Code** tools.
- Knowledge of a programming language is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in **process modeling**.
- Analytical mindset, rigorous writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
