About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own customer onboarding lifecycle from signed contract to first successful close
  • Lead structured kickoff calls and technical configuration sessions
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering team on ERP integration
  • Configure customer's close checklist and related elements
  • Build and demonstrate AI agents with customers
  • Maintain structured cadence with each account
  • Monitor health signals and proactively identify at-risk accounts
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with customer champions
  • Own customer relationship through renewal discussions
  • Document and escalate customer feature requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-6 years of total professional experience
  • Meaningful portion in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Track record of owning complex customer onboardings
  • Ability to hold a conversation with a Controller or CFO
  • Comfortable navigating ERP integrations and API connectivity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational rigor
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage environment
