About the role
- AI Engineers at Ledge take true end-to-end ownership from scoping agent behaviors to deploying production AI systems
- Help evolve the reconciliation engine and build the next generation of AI agents powering the automated financial close
- Solve deep technical, data, and product challenges in partnership with accounting and finance experts
Requirements
- Experience building or orchestrating AI agents
- Background in model evaluation, prompt engineering, or autonomous workflow design
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including building or integrating AI systems
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data flows, and cloud/web architectures
- Proactive team player motivated to impact the team, the product, and the customers
- Independent, fast learner excited about mastering new AI technologies and tooling
