About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of accounts valued at $10K–$50K in 3-year sales
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent outreach
- Re-engage dormant accounts to drive reorders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and order guidance
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and sales forecasting

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years sales or account management experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot or NetSuite preferred)
- Background in furniture, home décor, hospitality, or luxury goods is a plus
