About the role
- Owning the visual identity and branding of all Population Health (PH) content and materials.
- Designing, formatting, and laying out reports, guides, presentations, newsletters, and other PH publications.
- Developing branded templates, style guides, and toolkits to support consistent content creation.
- Collaborating closely with the Population Health team to translate technical content into clear, compelling visuals.
- Ensuring all designs align with GBS brand standards while tailoring to PH-specific needs.
- Managing design workflows, project timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the PH team.
- Providing content design feedback where appropriate, ensuring alignment with branding goals while considering how users interact with and experience the content.
- Staying up to date on health and wellness design best practices and bringing creative innovation to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred but not required.
- Experience in design, branding, or visual communication preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Programs, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- High level of creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate design ideas effectively.
