About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the quoting, pricing, and product configuration domain across global sales organizations.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and scalable process improvements.
Partner closely with business and development teams throughout delivery cycles.
Test and validate improvements together with key users across multiple sales organizations.
Align processes and requirements across teams, regions, and stakeholders.
Use data and operational insights to proactively identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Support roadmap planning and contribute to our ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
Support adoption of process improvements across teams and sales organizations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash process ownership, business process management, or SAP-driven commercial environments
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience working in evolving SAP environments
Strong experience with SAP CPQ and SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC / AVC) in complex quoting, pricing, and product configuration environments
Experience with SAP C4C and SAP Commerce is a plus
Experience writing business requirements and working closely with business and development teams
Experience partnering with commercial, product, or sales teams
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams and drive priorities across domains
Experience working in global environments with multiple sales organizations and stakeholders
Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential for this role
Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
