About the role
- Prepare timely and precise consolidated financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP.
- Maintain compliance with all statutory obligations and regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions (CH, DE, AT).
- Standardize and harmonize the LEASETEQ booking models to support efficient, compliant financial operations.
- Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of accounting processes within Odoo (our ERP system).
- Serve as the Odoo superuser, supporting internal stakeholders and answering accounting system queries.
- Oversee operational finance activities, including collections management, cash control, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor key financial workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting at the group level.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors and respond to audit requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting, group consolidation, or controlling.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing accounting processes and control systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Comfortable navigating a matrix organization and acting as a reliable partner for group stakeholders.
- Fluent in German (team language) and English (company language).
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems is a plus.
- Industry experience in auto leasing or financial services is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated, with a passion for financial integrity.
