About the role
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure the operational stability of the application environment
- Lead strategic application changes in a project-based approach
- Oversee MCO (Operational Maintenance and Support)
- Manage the backlog of corrective and enhancement requests
- Facilitate steering committees
- Ensure the preparation of functional specifications and documentation
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in a multi-application environment
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
- Adaptability
- Strong communication skills
