New Business Manager – Sales Manager, Cold Outreach (Hunter)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The New Business Manager drives B2B new customer acquisition and builds strong client relationships.
- Responsible for proactive B2B new customer acquisition in the southern sales territory (Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg).
- Focus on companies with over 500 employees; handling warm and hot leads.
- Implement creative cold outreach strategies (via phone, LinkedIn, in-person at events and trade shows).
- Organize and conduct meetings with prospects both online and in person.
- Prepare comprehensive calculations and business cases and provide consultative solutions related to company bicycle leasing.
- Lead the entire proposal process – from quote preparation to implementation at the client.
- Support the team through sharing experience, improving processes and developing new strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training and/or a degree in business administration with proven success in new customer acquisition of key accounts.
- Enjoys cold outreach, whether by calls, appointments or face-to-face meetings.
- Ideally, knowledge of mobility services and employee benefits.
- Experience selling to HR departments or other corporate decision-makers.
- Experience in B2B sales and field sales (outside sales) is a plus.
- Preferably a strong background in SaaS or software sales (tech industry).
- High willingness to travel within southern Germany.
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility.
- Confident and persuasive presence with strong communication and presentation skills across all hierarchy levels.
