New Business Manager / Sales Manager – Cold Acquisition – Southern Region
Lease a Bike | DeutschlandNew Business Manager driving B2B customer acquisition and building relationships at Lease a Bike in a growing market. Engage in proactive sales and networking activities within Southern Germany.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive B2B new customer acquisition and build strong client relationships
- Responsible for proactive new business development in the B2B segment across Southern Germany (Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg)
- Implement creative cold-acquisition strategies via phone, LinkedIn, on-site at events, or at trade fairs
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospects both online and in person
- Prepare detailed calculations and business cases and provide advisory solutions related to company bike leasing
- Participate in the proposal process and support implementation at the client through Customer Success Management
- Support the team by sharing experience and further developing processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training and/or a degree in business administration with demonstrable success in new business acquisition of key accounts
- Enthusiasm for cold outreach, whether via calls, meetings, or face-to-face meetings
- Knowledge of mobility services and employee benefits is a plus
- Experience selling to HR departments or other corporate decision-makers
- Experience in B2B sales and field sales is an advantage
- Strong background in SaaS or software sales (tech industry) is ideal
- Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Germany
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Confident and persuasive presence, with strong communication and presentation skills across all hierarchical levels
