About the role
- Design and implement AI-powered business automation flows to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Build, maintain, and optimize workflows using n8n and related automation platforms
- Integrate multiple systems using APIs, Webhooks, and third-party services
- Connect CRMs, marketing tools, databases, AI models, and internal systems for seamless data flow
- Ensure automations are scalable, secure, and reliable
- Debug, monitor, and continuously improve automation performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into automation logic
- Document workflows, integrations, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience building business-focused automation workflows, especially with AI components
- Strong hands-on experience with n8n (or similar tools like Make, Zapier, Peltarion, etc.)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and authentication methods
- Ability to connect and sync data across multiple platforms and systems
- Experience integrating CRMs, marketing platforms, databases, and AI tools
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to think in systems, logic, and workflows - not just tools
- Experience working with AI models (OpenAI, LLMs, vector databases, etc.)
- Understanding of scalability, error handling, and automation QA best practices
