About the role

  • Monitor Sales Performance: Oversee incoming call queues to ensure proper call distribution, reduced hold times and optimal coverage during peak hours.
  • Actively communicate with estimators (sales team) via internal messaging tool (ie- Slack, Teams) to assist in real-time deal management and overcome objections.
  • Call Takeovers and Closures: Step in and take over calls as needed to help close deals and secure bookings.
  • Daily Reporting: Generate and distribute daily call statistics and performance reports to sales staff and leadership each morning using Microsoft Excel and other tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or technical sales (4 years+ experience in similar role)
  • Classroom Training Experience (2 years+)
  • Strong negotiation skills and track record of supporting the closing of deals successfully
  • Proficient in using CRM software, for managing leads and customer data
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively.
