- The Product Manager - Build - Assessment independently owns product areas and drives discovery, delivery, prioritisation and customer outcomes across the Build Assessment domain.
- You will be accountable for the delivery and maintenance feature functionality for our Build APIs - primarily focused on the Learner and Developer personas. You will work with Product, Design and Engineering colleagues across Learnosity Build and will liaise regularly with Customer facing Colleagues and Customers.
- This role balances customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations to make informed product decisions and deliver valuable outcomes. Assessment is our core domain area of Learnosity. The product line is mature, operates at scale and must be stable as a priority. Swift management of defects is a key aspect to this role. Along with this you have the power to shape the Learning environment and experience for millions of Learners every day.
- The Product Manager is expected to operate confidently across multiple domains and features, lead discovery and delivery activities, influence stakeholders effectively and contribute to go to market activities.
- This role plays a critical part in Learnosity’s evolving AI-enabled product development environment by combining strong product judgement with operational execution and customer focus.
Requirements
What you’ll need- AI Literacy. You will need to optimize your working output with AI, and develop AI powered solutions into external products
- At least 3 years experience in a Product Management or similar role
- Experience focussed on the design, management and support of public API products
- Experience maintaining a mature product suite that operates at scale
- Technical literacy. You don’t need to be a developer or write code, but an understanding of the fundamentals of web applications will serve you well in this role
- Nice to Have:
- - Experience in EdTech or in an educational setting (such as being a former educator)
- - Experience with, and a passion for developing software that is accessible to all users
