About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take a product from a concept to a reality
  • Navigate complex requirements and distill them into clear, prioritised product definition that meets users needs.
  • Own the definition of what "value" looks like for both the business and the customer; you will establish the North Star metrics and KPIs from scratch to validate product-market fit and ensure every feature built contributes to a measurable outcome.
  • Own and maintain the roadmap, and grow, prioritize and prune it in conjunction with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Gain a deep understanding of the core use cases for AI in the education, assessment and learning spaces, and how to make the best use of the state-of-the-art in AI to deliver on those use cases.
  • Think big - own a multi-year direction of roadmap. Execute small - effectively break down and steer the technology teams to deliver value as quickly and iteratively as possible.
  • Guide products from ideation through launch, managing backlogs and user stories.

  • Strong ability to communicate strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the SaaS or Edtech industry
