About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Write new financial education lessons for a global audience across budgeting, cash flow management, emergency savings, credit and debt management, investing, equity compensation, retirement planning, taxes, homeownership, insurance, and everyday financial decision-making
Simplify complex financial concepts into accurate, actionable educational content
Adapt content for different countries using local financial systems, terminology, regulations, and cultural context
Ensure content is clear, inclusive, engaging, and aligned with LearnLux’s voice and style guidelines
Review and revise content based on editorial, planner, and stakeholder feedback
Participate in quality assurance reviews for editorial consistency and financial accuracy
Fact-check content and update lessons as regulations or best practices evolve
Partner with the Senior Content Manager to prioritize initiatives and meet production deadlines
Follow editorial workflows and contribute ideas to improve quality and production efficiency
Use AI tools responsibly for writing, research, and content maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience writing personal finance or financial education content
Strong understanding of investing, retirement planning, equity compensation, taxes, insurance, and credit
Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, engaging, and accessible educational content
Excellent writing and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to provide writing samples demonstrating financial content expertise
Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Experience using AI tools to enhance writing, research, and content workflows
