Project Manager

• Manage, with support from the senior project manager, all assigned projects. Ensuring progression and continuity through execution and delivery phases.
• Manage, with support from the senior project manager, client and stakeholder communication, including status updates, progress reporting, and change requests.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Graphic and Motion Design, Development, Learning Design) to align project delivery with objectives.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, track deviations, and escalate issues or blockers to the senior Project Manager or Head of Studio.
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and potential blockers to the Project Management team, with potential solutions, for resolution.
• Develop and maintain support documentation including project briefs, risk logs, requirement specifications, and delivery reports.
• Provide clear, accurate reporting through dashboards and project status updates.
• Support the Project Management team in continuously improving project delivery practices and processes.
