About the role

  • Manage the production of 100 YouTube videos per month, working with 10 creators (each posting 10 videos/month)
  • Choose all the video titles for each channel based on YouTube performance, audience, and conversion potential
  • Coordinate with the 10 creators to refine titles, scripts, recordings, edits, etc.
  • Hire and manage a scriptwriter responsible for writing all 100 scripts per month, utilizing advanced AI tactics, and review all scripts
  • Hire and manage a thumbnail designer responsible for creating all 100 thumbnails + variations per month, and review all thumbnails
  • Hire and manage editors responsible for editing all 100 videos per month, and review all edits
  • Manage the production schedule and publish all videos across creators' channels in a regular weekly cadence, ensuring 100 videos are published per month
  • Oversee production of mostly 7-15 minute talking-head videos with a single camera angle and scene

Requirements

  • 1+ year of previous experience as a producer or editor in charge of creating high-quality educational talking head videos. Please do not apply without this experience.
  • Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, current trends, titles, thumbnails, and edits
  • Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to learn how to scriptwrite utilizing AI and manage the content creation process
  • Very detailed and process-oriented to be able to manage this complex 100+ video/month operation
  • Desire to work in a high-pressure, results-only environment
  • Must be able to work 40+ hours per week
