About the role
- Produce 100 high-quality, educational talking-head YouTube video scripts per month.
- Write approximately 5 completed scripts per day.
- Leverage the latest AI best practices for research, writing, and automation to create long-form content.
- Optimize scripts for YouTube algorithm and retention techniques; prepare scripts for 7-15 minute videos.
- Contribute to video performance which affects monthly bonus pool.
Requirements
- You must be an AI power user at the forefront of using AI for research, writing, automation, etc.
- You must have past experience using AI to write long-form content. Preferably, YouTube scripts.
- Must be comfortable writing 5 completed scripts per day and 100 per month.
- English must be your native language
- Deep knowledge of the YouTube algorithm and retention techniques.
- Application requires linking directly to a piece of long-form content you wrote using AI.
- Application requires describing the process to use AI to write YT scripts, including real prompts you might use.
- Must confirm comfort being responsible for writing 5 completed YT scripts per day.
