About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for assigned patients
- Assess and analyze patient skills, strengths, and challenging behaviors
- Develop, maintain, and update individualized treatment plans at least monthly
- Ensure 100% treatment adherence for supervision hours each month
- Observe treatment implementation and revise programs as needed
- Monitor treatment integrity and direct behavioral technicians on treatment protocols
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians
- Summarize and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust protocols
- Complete at least 120 payor/client-authorized billable hours per month
- Maintain a caseload of at least 10 patients
- Communicate treatment responses to caregivers and payers
- Coordinate care with internal and external professionals
- Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments
- Conduct caregiver collaboration meetings
- Participate in payer funding meetings, including IEPs and peer reviews
- Maintain documentation in Skills and patients' medical records
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and provide a safe, supportive environment
- Partner with center and company leadership
- Work across centers, patient homes, schools, communities, and telehealth settings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance when necessary
- Must pass a tuberculosis test
- Knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program design for children with varying skill levels
- Proven people-management skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, new computer systems, and iPads
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, solve problems, and exercise clinical judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to work in a variety of locations and with a variety of patients
- Must abide by BACB guidelines, rules, and regulations
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including lifting up to 30 lbs and responding to patient movements and behaviors
- Ability to travel locally between centers, patient homes, and community locations
