Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience writing and managing social media content
  • Excellent writing skills (grammar, tone, flow)
  • Comfortable managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with social media scheduling or management tools
  • Ability to stay on brand while communicating with warmth and professionalism
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Reliable computer/tablet and internet connection
  • Experience with TikTok or Pinterest (preferred)
  • Background in behavioral health, autism, special education, or related fields (preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and design tools like Canva (preferred)
  • Experience writing in AP or Chicago style (preferred)
