About the role
- Report directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Work closely with all departments within LEARN, as well as external vendors
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments, and manage individual AP tasks as required
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank transactions and vendor accounts to ensure accuracy
- Prepare monthly close transactions and assist in the preparation of Cash management and audit request
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and relevant financial regulations
- Act as a point of contact for vendors and clients regarding financial inquiries and issues
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- AA or BS in accounting preferred.
- 1-3 years of functional experience working in accounts payable
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Intermediate Excel
- Experience with Concur, SAP, travel and expenses is a plus
- KwikTag application experience is a plus
- Candidates must be presently eligible to work in the United States.
