  • Build and mentor a team to sell and deliver assets in the EA College Football Game
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and brand integration strategies that align with company objectives and revenue targets
  • Leverage market insights and analytics to build customized proposals that solve client challenges and drive ROI
  • Innovate to identify and expand inventory within the assigned platform
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with enterprise-level advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners
  • Own the sales pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue goals
  • Stay at the forefront of digital trends, ad technologies, and measurement tools to position the company as a market leader
  • Proactively manage account renewals and upsells by delivering exceptional service and demonstrable campaign results
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • VP requires minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital media or advertising sales, with a proven record of building teams and exceeding revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic, CTV, social, video, display, and performance marketing
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers at brands and media agencies
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentorship capabilities
