About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support execution of pricing activities, cost analysis and preparation of quotations
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager and internal teams to implement customer strategies
  • Ensure data quality, meet deadlines and adhere to processes
  • Prepare files and databases for quotations and cost recoveries
  • Prepare and present quotations for changes to current products
  • Serve as the point of contact for quotation reviews
  • Manage and update pricing
  • Collect, organize and analyze data to support negotiations and commercial adjustments
  • Identify and propose process improvements
  • Maintain organized documentation and support audits (e.g., IATF)
  • Obtain purchase orders from customers’ systems
  • Validate information and support master data entry and updates in SAP

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • Experience in areas such as Sales, Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, Marketing or Program Management
  • Experience in the automotive sector (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Advanced Excel
  • Cost analysis and pricing
  • Knowledge of wiring harnesses and banks (desirable)
  • Basic understanding of finance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with task automation (e.g., VBA, Power Query, Power BI or similar)
  • Basic programming knowledge or interest in developing solutions (Python, SQL or other languages)
  • Intermediate English
