About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects from development phase through to serial production
Create and manage project plans (timing, budget, technical scope)
Oversee execution of financial and technical targets
Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with all stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for customers
Prepare and deliver presentations to customers
Lead project teams and regularly report project status to management
Manage programs in line with Lear LPMP standards (APQP analogy)

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in technical or economics field
Proven experience in a similar role
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in automotive
Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
Fluent English is required, German is a plus
Ability to read technical documentation
Valid driver’s license (Category B)
