About the role

  • Developing and delivering cost competitive designs on time, budget, quality target, meeting the customer requirements (Flawless Product Development and Launch).
  • Leading the Project Engineering for Projects on Awarded Products (Core electronics) through development, launch and current production.
  • The Engineering Product Manager works on the scaled level and will interface with the customer and set the product roadmap.
  • Organizing and leading engineering teams worldwide (HW, SW, Systems, Electromech., Safety, Cybersecurity ,Testing, …) according to development needs, assuring engineering deliverables and execution.
  • Leading BOM and having visibility over component costs, to support achievement of product competitiveness targets / CTO roadmaps / material cost / MTS / Design to cost…
  • Actively participation on eng. process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering roles.
  • Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering
  • Technical and Management skills/experience
  • High level of English is a must.
  • German will be also considered.
