About the role

  • Lead IDEA (Industry 4.0) projects from planning through handover to the plant.
  • Act as the technical reference for trim plants across South America.
  • Prepare technical descriptions/specifications for new technologies and equipment.
  • Drive connectivity for all trim S/A equipment, enabling automatic, real-time generation of OEE and efficiency data.
  • Perform sizing and scoping of new projects, defining the operational strategy.
  • Tools used: Most, SAP, Business Case, OEE, AutoCAD, LPBS, SFC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong experience in Process Engineering, production and automation.
  • Knowledge of trim processes is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
