About the role
- Execute projects in people management, employee engagement and organizational climate as required;
- Perform cost and expense analyses, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information;
- Perform account reclassifications and accounting reconciliations;
- Prepare financial feasibility studies for new projects and internal initiatives;
- Support internal departments with strategic cost information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
- Solid experience with accounting accounts and reclassifications;
- Financial feasibility analyses;
- Expense control and monitoring;
- Experience in the automotive sector or in medium- or large-scale manufacturing companies;
- Intermediate to advanced English.
