About the role
- Contribute to production objectives by planning modifications and establishing new manufacturing processes in accordance with received guidelines
- Define standard times for assembly operations and balance assembly lines
- Provide appropriate support to production, quality, finance, sales, purchasing, logistics and maintenance regarding new and ongoing projects
- Monitor, plan, and participate in the improvement and/or implementation of new manufacturing processes according to company demand
- Define layouts for new production lines
- Oversee assembly during pilot phases
- Update project progress controls
- Coordinate implementations on the shop floor
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Hold team meetings to align and define project schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (various disciplines)
- Intermediate English
