- Lead technical development of seating products or components
- Translate customer specifications into reliable and compliant solutions
- Coordinate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams
- Support testing, analysis (FEA), and design reviews
- Manage engineering changes and technical documentation
- Work with suppliers to ensure product and process readiness
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Technical background in mechanical/automotive engineering
- Hands-on approach and ability to manage multi-stakeholder activities
- Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, and organization skills
- Confidence working with technical specifications and test data
- Good command of English, fluent Italian
