About the role
- Receive & Analyze Customer Orders
- Communicate with customers about orders by telephone, email, and videoconferencing
- Update coverage report on daily basis
- Prepare the shipment plan
- Daily follow up of shipments & transit locations between Lear and Customers
- Ensure Sales Integration in the System
- Ensure JIT delivery and level of stock defined on the advanced warehouses
- Investigating and solving customers' problems
- Prepare the planning based on the Priorities given by customers
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports performance to schedule of production activities
- Assist the manufacturing department to actively manage the production schedule
- Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues
- Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processes
- Participate in project milestone meetings through QTS meeting
Requirements
- Bac+5, with at least 2 years of experience within an automotive Industry
- Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization
- Solid understanding on Supply Chain, Logistics
- Highly effective communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
