About the role

  • Receive & Analyze Customer Orders
  • Communicate with customers about orders by telephone, email, and videoconferencing
  • Update coverage report on daily basis
  • Prepare the shipment plan
  • Daily follow up of shipments & transit locations between Lear and Customers
  • Ensure Sales Integration in the System
  • Ensure JIT delivery and level of stock defined on the advanced warehouses
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems
  • Prepare the planning based on the Priorities given by customers
  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports performance to schedule of production activities
  • Assist the manufacturing department to actively manage the production schedule
  • Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues
  • Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processes
  • Participate in project milestone meetings through QTS meeting

Requirements

  • Bac+5, with at least 2 years of experience within an automotive Industry
  • Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization
  • Solid understanding on Supply Chain, Logistics
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
