About the role
- Work directly with external customers, conducting negotiations on lead times, deliveries, and priorities
- Support quotation processes, price reviews, cost analyses, and the preparation of commercial proposals
- Monitor sales KPIs, margins, volumes, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate targets
- Prepare reports, commercial analyses, and executive presentations to support decision-making
- Coordinate the flow of information between internal areas (Engineering, Programs, Operations, Finance) to ensure customer requirements are met
- Support contract management, RFQs, and commercial documentation
- Monitor market trends and competitor movements, identifying business development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal commercial policies and global standards
- Represent Lear in meetings with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Previous experience in commercial areas, sales, pricing, account management, or related functions
- Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Intermediate English
- Availability to work in a hybrid model at the São Bernardo do Campo coworking (4x1)
